Life + Me is a marketplace, bringing together a curated community of the best UK businesses and individuals in the sector. You are shopping with us, but everything is sold and fulfilled directly by our Partner Sellers. Just like other online marketplaces, you can shop across our wonderful community of Partner Sellers with just one basket and one payment transaction for total ease.

ORDERS + PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit and debit cards and our checkout is secure, so be assured that your details are safe with us! Please note, payment is debited upon completion of your order and even though we will take your payment from you, the transactions are between you and the Partner Seller, and not between you and Life + Me. Our checkout is securely powered by Stripe and they process payments on our behalf.

We will keep you posted on your order and payment, so make sure you keep an eye out for our emails (and check your ‘junk’ folder incase we slipped through). We only confirm your order once we have been alerted that it has been received and fulfilled by our Partner Seller, so don’t worry if there is a slight delay.

DELIVERY

Each of our Partner Sellers have different delivery terms and options, so these costs may vary and your orders will arrive to you separately direct from each Partner Seller. You can find these different terms on the individual product pages, please read them to understand the options and to avoid disappointment.

REFUNDS + CANCELLATION

Unless otherwise specified on the individual product pages, for most products, if you change your mind you have 14 days to notify us if you want to cancel the order or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you purchased your order. This applies to cancellable goods only as certain goods are exempt from being returned.

Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it.
