Order any two sets of mindfulness activity cards and receive a free worry stone!
Worry Stones have been used for thousands of years in many cultures and are thought to relieve stress. They are a perfect therapeutic and grounding tool when feeling anxious, upset or overwhelmed and can be kept in pockets, bags, on bedside tables or dotted around the house.
The simple method is to hold one in your hand and rub the smooth area with the thumb and index finger.
These smooth little stones are wonderful for children to give them that extra bit of strength if they need to be brave or to turn to if they need a calm moment. For example, on their first day of school or when they are feeling overwhelmed to give them a sense of security and their confidence a little boost.
They come in packs of 2 worry stones (of the same colours) and are handmade from hardened Fimo clay. Not recommended for children under the age of 3 as they are small and could be a choking hazard.
