To eventually have a library of Mapology Guides on all kind of self-development topics to help people go from A-B with any dilemma they might face – be it how to say NO, how to make better decisions, how to make something happen, how to have good ideas, how to compromise in a relationship, and so on.
WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
Oh, so many things!
A piece of art, human kindness, great design, colour, a day out with myself, books and magazines, healthy home made food, children, play, classical music, opera, human interaction, people who walk their talk, great customer service, bootstrap start-ups, my home library, riding my Vespa around London. I could go on…
HOW DO YOU LOOK AFTER YOUR OWN EMOTIONAL WELLBEING?
I make sure I get enough sleep, hydration and wholesome plant based food. Also being in nature, practicing mindfulness and self-development, forms of exercise (currently rebounding) and gathering information.
