Champion of positive lifestyle and wellbeing start-ups and emerging businesses, Sam is a marketing and communications specialist with a head for business development. She founded LIFE + ME to help creative entrepreneurs and founders think strategically in how to grow and share their business in a way that is meaningful to them as individuals.

Her mission is to focus on creating effective marketing initiatives that are ‘less bells and whistles’, more ‘grit and integrity’.

Sam’s 13+ years of experience has seen her working as a publicist for publishers such as National Geographic and HarperCollins US; directing luxury lifestyle PR & Communications for household brands such as Molton Brown and Bombay Sapphire gin; and successfully launching start-up brand Department Store for the Mind as commercial manager.

In search of deeper fulfilment and a more rewarding work-life balance, Sam took some time out to qualify as a Life Coach, complete a University Certificate in Psychology and work with the NHS as a mental health support worker. It is this experience and passion that imbues LIFE + ME with purpose and fuels Sam’s determination to help spread the word of individuals and businesses that do good.
